Meet the founder
For over 20 years I've helped the world’s most innovative companies transition to adopting new technology. I started this journey by delivering technical consulting for AT&T and Yahoo!, across CRM and digital marketing.
I then spent over a decade at Google, leading consulting teams driving digital transformation for premium European enterprises, using SaaS technology in Big Data, Cloud solutions, and Machine Learning.

My experience with large global enterprises gave me a clear insight into how technology is only powerful when implemented with a clear strategy and a human-first approach.
I founded GrowBright because I saw that the frameworks I used to help global organisations could be adapted to help smaller businesses navigate the AI revolution. My goal is to take my experience and translate it into simple strategies that help SMEs thrive in the age of AI.
I'm backed by an extensive network of specialist advisers and consultants across EMEA, partnerships built over two decades in the technology implementation industry. This allows me to provide personal dedication to your business with the reach and expertise of an enterprise-level team.
Beyond the screen
Originally from the UK, I have made my home in the Netherlands with my wife and two daughters. I like to challenge myself in distance running and find focus in the meticulous process of restoring vintage Japanese motorcycles.
